That envelope sits right under your nose, releasing a steady, gentle scent of essential oils like eucalyptus, camphor, and menthol as you breathe. Perfect for people experiencing nasal congestion, coughing, sore throat, and that general aching misery that comes with a bad cold, without pills, without patches, and without stopping what you're doing.
1. Insert one envelope into the mask pocket.
2. Cut off the end of the envelope.
3. Hold the insert with your fingers and pull the envelope out from the other end. You can adjust the scent intensity by keeping part of the insert inside the envelope and folding the remaining section.
4. If you have sensitive skin or find the scent is too strong, place the empty envelope between the insert and the inner layer of the mask pocket.
5. Place the Aromask over your nose and mouth.
6. Every day, remove the insert and replace it with a new insert.
